The Respiratory Care program includes both theoretical knowledge and practical application with instruction provided in a state of art simulaton center.

Clinical experience with local healthcare affiliates

Beginning in the second semster of the program curriculum students gain clinical experience in a real healthcare setting along side program faculty. This experience reinforces the skills learned and developed throughout the program. 

Become eligible to sit for the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) Therapist Multiple Choice Examination (TMC).

Upon graduation, you are eligible to take the NBRC TMC examination.  Successful completion of the examination qualifies an individual to secure a state license to practice respiratory care.
